Use of Church Facilities

This page addresses reserving space for your event. The process varies depending on whether you are planning a Church Event or NonChurch Event

CHURCH EVENTS
AND PROGRAMS

Communicate the request to the church office (Kristin Stuek) via email or phone (973-538-1776). Include event description, date, time, # people, any preferred room.

If communication support is needed, fill out a Magic Form. NOTE: If you fill out a Magic Form, no need to contact Kristin.

Expect a Response from:

  • Office (Kristin Stuek) if event is  during normal church hours,
  • Business Administrator (Jenny Ayanian) if event is outside of normal church hours. Such events require special access/security.

EVENTS INVOLVING
NON-CHURCH GROUPS

Approval depends on availability of facilities, group mission and church policies.

Church sponsor:

Non-church group: sign legal document, if event is approved.

Expect a Response from the Business Administrator (Jenny Ayanian).
