Tai Chi

Saturdays from 9-10am

Tai Chi is a mild form of exercise for all parts of the body. It is a safe and effective way of improving flexibility and balance. With deep breathing and slow and deliberate movements, it reduces the stress in our lives, offering a feeling of well-being.
