DESCRIPTION:October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. The loss of a pregnancy or infant is a grief that touches many lives, yet it is often carried quietly and alone. As a church family, we want to create space to acknowledge that loss, honor the children who are deeply loved and remembered, and remind one another that no one has to grieve alone.\nOn Sunday, October 18 at 11:15 am in the Chapel, we will gather for a brief time of reflection, prayer, and remembrance. As part of our time together, there will be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of a child or pregnancy lost, and to speak their name aloud or hold their name silently in your heart. There is no expectation to share or participate in any way that feels uncomfortable.\nWhether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome. Together, we will make space for grief, hope, healing, and the enduring love of God.\n
