We look forward to seeing you there!\n\n\n \nAbout Christine Boffa, OT of Roots & Wings Pediatric Occupational Therapy\nChristine Boffa is a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) who works primarily with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and younger school-age children. Her expertise includes sensory processing, relationships and regulation, motor planning, fine motor, visual-spatial/perceptual-motor, and play space design.\nChristine received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2009. She completed her Pediatric Level II clinical affiliation at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Jersey and her Level I clinical affiliation at the Churchill School in Manhattan. In June 2020, she received her Advanced Professional Certification in Sensory Processing Disorder from the internationally renowned STAR Institute for Sensory Processing Disorder in collaboration with Temple University.\nIn early 2010, Christine joined Atlantic Health System’s Goryeb Children’s Hospital. Within a year, she advanced to become the hospital’s primary pediatric Occupational Therapist. In addition to working at Goryeb, Christine works as an OT for the New Jersey Early Intervention System (NJEIS) under the Division of Family Health Services. From 2014 to 2017, she was an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University, teaching acute pediatric rehabilitation to OT students. And since 2016, she has provided child advocacy services via forensic occupational therapy and expert witness report development.\nIn early 2015, after several years of implementing play space design for her NJEIS clients, Christine founded Roots & Wings, whose mission is to design places of play full of sensorial opportunity that promote exploration, discovery, and global development. Roots & Wings opened its first occupational therapy sensory clinic in February of 2021.\n
