Meditation
Faith comes to me in mysterious ways;
Nature and beauty, creating conversations in my mind.
In birth and in death, and in sunlight through haze.
My heart tells me, God’s grace is kind.
A precious infant fast asleep;
A full moon shining low in the sky,
The sun setting on the water so deep,
Majestic mountains and birds in flight.
A conjuring of spirits, we feel but we cannot see;
A smile from a stranger, a moment with a friend.
With the warmth shared, a calmness comes over me.
True peace – and God’s grace has been sent.
Faith comes to me like sunshine’s rays;
Warm and bright and strong like the tides.
Love is given and love is received, until our ending days.
With every morning comes renewal, and God’s grace abides.
