Where faith begins and grace abounds

We’re excited to share the opportunities available for the older students at our church! Our programs are designed to help teens grow in their faith, build strong relationships and confidence, and develop leadership skills. From worship to community service projects and fun social events, our goal is to equip your teens with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges while deepening their relationship with Christ.

acolytes

7th – 12th Grade | Sundays 10:00 am

Being an acolyte provides teens in grades 7-12 with an opportunity to fully participate in worship. Our Acolytes assist at the 10:00 am worship service, carrying the light of Christ into the Sanctuary before service, lighting the candles on the Communion table, and carrying the light out to the world at the conclusion. Acolytes may receive the offering, offer the prayer of dedication, read the first scripture reading, or participate in Baptism. Two acolytes serve each Sunday once every six weeks.

confirmation

8th Grade +

Confirmation is offered every year for 8th grade students. Older students who were unable to participate in confirmation their 8th grade year are welcome to join.

scholarships

high school students

PCM’s Scholarship Programs have been generously endowed by church members who have, through gifts and memorials, established a variety of scholarship funds that provide financial resources to be awarded to full-time undergraduate students each year.

Sundays | 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Youth Group

Our Youth Group meets on Sundays for lunch and various activities that build our community, faith, and mission. We also have a winter and spring retreat and a year mission trip working with the Risingville Intercommunity Service Effort (RISE).

RISE (3)

Annual Summer Mission Trip

RISE Mission Trip
Members of our PCM high school youth and adult leaders serve with RISE each year during the summer. Teams repair homes of residents in Appalachia (New York) who, because of financial or physical reasons, are unable to maintain their homes. During the evening, programs conducted by the RISE staff link the daytime work experience to scripture and the lives of RISE volunteers.
