Our Welcome Team is all about creating that same experience for others—showing every person who walks through our doors that they are seen, valued, and loved just as they are. From greeting at the door to helping people find their way around, this team makes the first impression that often becomes the reason someone stays.
It’s not about perfect hellos—it’s about genuine ones. It’s about sharing joy, offering kindness, and making sure no one ever feels like a stranger here.
