Care and Support

You are not alone.

During difficult times, the need for connection is critical. We are here for you.

Caregivers Support Group

The Caregivers Support Group welcomes anyone who is providing or assisting with the extended care of a loved one. That care may take many forms: primary caregiver, part-time caregiver with professional assistance, periodic caring duties, etc. Through group discussion, Caregivers provide positive support and ideas/strategies for care of their loved ones.  We welcome caregiving members and friends of PCM to join the Caregivers Zoom, Wednesdays at 11:00 am.

Grief Support Group

The Grief Support Group meets on the first Thursday of every month at 3:00 pm on Zoom. This is a guided discussion group for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Together, we will explore what it means to live with grief and try to understand more deeply what Christianity has to say about coping in the face of pain and death. By leaning on our faith and one another, we can learn so much about ourselves through the journey of grief.

Deacons

Our Deacons support anyone in need, whether they are members of the church, visitors, neighbors, or other members of the community. They receive all types of care requests (illness, loneliness, grief, transportation, etc.) and are here to support our community.

Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that equips and empowers lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.

Prayer Request

We are here with you, anytime. Your prayer requests and joys will be included in our prayer chain and sent to our pastoral staff (these can be submitted anonymously.)
